Workplace Proposal, Megaport Fortitude Valley

Activating 825 Ann Street Workplace

A dedicated specialty coffee bar for Megaport's Fortitude Valley head office, built around your new fit-out and designed to bring the team together over something better than a shared Nespresso machine.

The Opportunity

Because Great Workplaces Start with Great Connection

Megaport's Fortitude Valley head office has just come through a full uplift, and the team is asking the question every growing HQ eventually does: what does the space feel like once the fit-out is finished? Right now the answer for coffee is a shared Nespresso machine and a walk to the nearest cafe. A dedicated barista bar changes that, turning the kitchen into the place people actually want to be between meetings.

Coffee on Cue delivers this as a fully managed, on-site service: our own barista, our own equipment, your hospitality standard. We recruit, train and roster the team, keep the machine running, and report on everything through a live dashboard, so the only thing your team notices is that the coffee is better, and it's free.

This would be Coffee on Cue's first site in Queensland, and we're not treating that lightly. Fortitude Valley becomes the model for bringing the same standard we run in Melbourne and Sydney north, starting with the details that matter here: a seven-year lease you've just recommitted to, and a kitchen worth building around.

Needs Analysis

What we heard

Current State
Our Solution
01
A single shared Nespresso machine covering the whole floor, with no real cafe experience on-site.
A dedicated espresso bar staffed by a professional barista, right-sized for your ~100 person daily average.
02
Staff currently buy coffee off-site and expense it back through Megaport, creating an ongoing admin and reconciliation burden.
Coffee on Cue consolidates the spend into one predictable invoice, removing the expense-chasing entirely.
03
You've just finished a fit-out and want the coffee offering to match the new space, positioned near the back-of-house kitchen.
We co-design the bar with you around the kitchen footprint, so it reads as part of the fit-out, not an add-on.
04
No visibility today into what coffee actually costs or how it's used across the business.
A live dashboard gives you full transparency on consumption, spend and impact from day one.
05
This is new territory: Megaport would be Coffee on Cue's first Queensland site.
The same enterprise standard we run for JLL, Toyota and Cuscal, with Ryan and Nico personally leading the Brisbane launch.
