A considered coffee program for IREN's move into 55 Market Street. Built around your team, your hours, and the reality that if the coffee isn't exceptional, people will walk down the road to get one.
IREN is moving into a larger office at 55 Market Street, consolidating a team of around 65 people into a space that needs to work harder than the last one. Coffee is one of the first rituals that shapes how a workplace feels each morning — and one of the cheapest, highest-leverage signals of care you can give your team.
Coffee on Cue runs fully managed in-office coffee programs for companies like JLL, Toyota Financial Services, and Cuscal. Our model brings trained hospitality-led baristas, premium specialty coffee, commercial-grade equipment, a live performance dashboard, and programmed engagement moments — all under one transparent daily rate.
Sydney has standards. As Alexandra put it, people won't stay in the office for free coffee if it isn't actually good — they'll walk down the road. This proposal is built around that honesty: a cart, a real barista, and a daily experience that earns the walk past the lift lobby.
Partnering with Coffee On Cue introduces measurable financial advantages by treating coffee as a strategic workplace service.
Employees spend an average of 20 minutes daily on external coffee runs. An in-house service converts this into productive work time, saving thousands of hours annually.
JLL recorded an 18% increase in office attendance following implementation. Premium amenities drive return-to-office through choice, not mandate.
Premium workplace amenities can reduce turnover by up to 25%, strengthening your employer value proposition and signalling investment in your people.
Communal coffee spaces encourage cross-team interaction and spontaneous collaboration. Happier employees are up to 20% more productive (University of Warwick).
Underpinning our barista service is our custom workplace dashboard. IREN will have permanent, ongoing access to this live platform providing total transparency and operational visibility.

JLL's headquarters at 101 Collins Street is one of Australia's most prestigious commercial addresses. When Workplace Experience Lead Shaun Rogers set out to create genuine connection in their hybrid-first environment, Coffee on Cue became the anchor. What started as a coffee service became a daily ritual and a measurable driver of connection, wellbeing, and office attendance.
Monday attendance was hovering around 80 people in an office built for 300+. Leadership knew the answer wasn't policy, it was experience. The launch of Coffee on Cue in November 2024 became one of the most talked-about initiatives in recent company history.

Every coffee break taken outside the building costs you time. A barista in your office removes the round trip. At scale, that's a material number.
Estimates time recovered by keeping coffee on-site. Actual ROI will be higher when attendance lift, retention improvement, and wellbeing gains are included.
