A Coffee Program Worthy of the Move

IREN is moving into a larger office at 55 Market Street, consolidating a team of around 65 people into a space that needs to work harder than the last one. Coffee is one of the first rituals that shapes how a workplace feels each morning — and one of the cheapest, highest-leverage signals of care you can give your team.

Coffee on Cue runs fully managed in-office coffee programs for companies like JLL, Toyota Financial Services, and Cuscal. Our model brings trained hospitality-led baristas, premium specialty coffee, commercial-grade equipment, a live performance dashboard, and programmed engagement moments — all under one transparent daily rate.

Sydney has standards. As Alexandra put it, people won't stay in the office for free coffee if it isn't actually good — they'll walk down the road. This proposal is built around that honesty: a cart, a real barista, and a daily experience that earns the walk past the lift lobby.

What We’ll Need from the Space

A mobile cart is self-contained. The list below covers what we typically confirm with the building manager during the site visit, plus what we’d need if the service transitions to a permanent espresso bar.

Contract Tenure

Partnership Structure

A structured approach providing stability while allowing flexibility to adapt and grow together.

Initial Term: We propose a 24-month contract, during which we dedicate ourselves to delivering unparalleled coffee services embodying shared values of quality, sustainability, and innovation.

Renewal Option: Following the initial term, an option to renew for a further 24 months, contingent upon mutual satisfaction and successful achievement of predefined service benchmarks.
