We have built this proposal around the MCEC Exhibition Hall floor plan, a 600 peak PAX day one, and a quieter day two. Our twin La Marzocco GS3 cart serves up to 160 cups an hour across two baristas. You will not see a queue longer than three minutes even through the morning peak.

Our regular coffee cart is built around two La Marzocco GS3 group heads and a Mazzer Kony grinder. Fully self-sufficient, wheels through any standard doorway or lift, fits inside a 1.8 x 1.5 metre footprint.

For events over 500 expected PAX/hour we recommend upgrading to the La Marzocco Linea Classic cart (1 x 20A + 1 x 10A, or 32A 3-phase). Contact the team if required.

Payment in full within 48 hours of contract sign-off. Credit card, EFT or bank transfer. Procurement? We have net-30 terms available on request.
Within 30 days of the event: 50% of invoice sum. Within 7 days: 100%. Reschedules treated case-by-case when notice exceeds 30 days.

10A power outlet (standard domestic socket), access to wash-up facilities, clear rolling access to setup location, venue parking or parking fee covered.
If you exceed the cups included in your selected tier, additional cups bill at $5/cup hot, $7/cup iced, post-event. We bring 20% extra stock on the day so you never run out.
